The Farmville Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center has announced that it will not host “A Taste of Farmville” this year due to the pandemic. At their regularly scheduled September Board meeting, the group voted to cancel the traditional event for 2020.
The Farmville Chamber of Commerce recognized Wren’s Jewelry Store as the Merchant of the Month for October on Tuesday, October 20 at 11:00 am at the store. Aaron Adams, owner of the store that features fine jewelry and gifts, received a plaque.
The Farmville Chamber of Commerce recognized Café Madeleine as the Merchant of the Month for September on Thursday, September 17 at 10:00 am at the café. Coleen Starling, owner of the French bakery and popular eating place received a plaque.
