The Farmville Chamber of Commerce recognized Mosquito Authority as the Business of the Month for March on Thursday, March 25 at 12 Noon at their business location on West Marlboro Road. Donald Rhodes and Robbie Fulford, owners of the company that provides protection against mosquitos and ticks, received a plaque.
“Farmville has a wide variety of merchants and businesses, and we were excited to recognize one of our service businesses,” said Lori Drake, the Executive Director of the Farmville Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center. “Mosquito Authority is an integral part of our business community as well as an active member of the Chamber of Commerce.”
According to Drake, Mosquito Authority protects people and their families from mosquitos and the diseases they carry. “They provide a valuable service to our community and we were happy to recognize Mosquito Authority as the Business of the Month for March.”
The presentation and comments at the event were made by Drake, and Phillip Irvin, the Chairman of the Farmville Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center Board of Directors. Mosquito Authority is located at 9146 West Marlboro Road in Farmville.
